➡️ Highlights from the training week of the European funded program “ELMI – Education for Labor Market Integration” (2020-1-DE02-KA204-B941E3B5), which concerns the exchange of good practices in the field of education for the integration of vulnerable social groups in the labor market .
During the training week, the partners of the consortium had the opportunity to get in touch with various educational approaches, methodologies and strategies, in order to obtain supplies in the field of work with vulnerable social groups, to promote the integration of these groups in the labor market and managing potential occupational challenges and work stress. In addition, training visits were made to collaborating entities, where the project partners had the opportunity to observe good practices in the field of work and integration of vulnerable social groups in the labor market.
