Family Care project!

.

The FAMILY CARE European program aims to support family caregivers by recognizing and validating the skills they acquire in non-formal and informal learning environments. By collaborating with adult educators, counselors, and career guidance professionals, the project seeks to facilitate the reintegration of caregivers into the labor market through digital badges and micro-certifications.

.

To achieve this goal, FAMILY CARE is developing a European Competence Framework for the digital validation of caregivers’ skills. Additionally, it is creating a Virtual Campus and a mobile assessment application, providing tools for both professionals and caregivers to identify and evaluate their competencies.

.

After the pilot implementation of the project’s results, a guidelines and recommendations handbook will be produced, offering a comprehensive framework for supporting family caregivers in their professional development and skills recognition.

.

The FAMILY CARE program is funded by the European Commission through the ERASMUS+ program.
