Objectives
The Y-CARE project aims to address key challenges faced by youth workers by strengthening their skills in managing mental health issues and improving their psychological and emotional well-being.

Target group
Youth workers (YW) from all over Europe.
They actively participate in every stage of the project so that the results meet their mental well-being needs. Their contribution is particularly decisive in the educational activities and in the development of the online platform.

Project outcomes
- Improvement of the mental well-being and resilience of youth workers through targeted interventions.
- Provision of specialized and targeted training that enhances their skills in supporting young people.
- Creating sustainable peer support networks, offering continuous emotional and professional mutual support.
- Developing a digital e-learning platform with interactive modules and collaboration tools for youth workers.
- Raising awareness of mental health issues and reducing stigma through targeted campaigns, combined with strengthening digital skills and readiness to support young people in digital environments.
