“DropOut” is a comprehensive initiative aimed at preventing inequalities and discrimination among young adults. It focuses on improving the capacities and skills of socio-educational personnel to effectively guide and support youths, ensuring a seamless transition between education and the professional world.

The Erasmus+ KA2 project “The Drop’Out” was developed by a consortium made up of organizations with complementary expertise and all experienced in strategic partnership.

The objectives of the project are:
– Prevent inequalities and discrimination.
– Foster conditions for success among young adults in both education and the professional sphere.
– Promote innovative and digital teaching methods.
– Develop new training courses that anticipate and mitigate school dropout.
– Prepare young individuals for successful transitions to the world of work.
– Emphasize societal impact and address broader societal challenges.

The target group includes socio-educational staff, particularly social workers.
The outputs of the project are:
- Enhancing capacities and skills of personnel to support youth and prevent potential setbacks.
- Strengthening understanding of “restorative” prevention and providing guidance for transition to professional life.
- Enhancing educators’ abilities to engage in a dynamic that bridges education and business realms.
