Improving cybersecurity readiness of the European vocational education and training sector – CYBER.EU.VET

Many sectors are strongly hit by cyberattack crises and education is certainly one of them. More and more users are now forced to use online classes or training, so the importance of recognising the everyday threats to our security is now more important than ever. This topic of cyber security is recognised as fundamental also by the European Commission in that every year they organise a European Cyber Security Month.

The main objective of Erasmus+ KA2 CYBER.EU.VET project is to strengthen the European VET capacity to recognise and manage cyber security threats in a historical context where online training is more and more utilized.

The Consortium consists of the following organizations:

Target groups of the project are VET teachers, VET students, Students familities, VET institutions, and public authorities

Outputs of the project are:

  1. Research analysis
  2. Cybersecurity awareness training material
  3. Training for trainers toolkit
  4. The Cybersecurity handbook for VET institutions
