Objectives

The project focuses on preventing and addressing gender-based violence in the workplace. The main actions include workshops for HR professionals, specialized training for counselors and psychologists, the creation of day centers to provide support to victims and witnesses of gender-based violence in the workplace, as well as awareness campaigns and events.

Project  outcomes

Empowering employees, executives, and specialists through training to recognize, prevent, and address gender-based violence, directly creating more safe and supportive work environments.

Operation of support services and empowerment of victims and witnesses, offering psychological assistance, guidance, and practical support, reducing incidents of gender-based violence and increasing awareness, prevention, and access to assistance.

Long-term cultural change in businesses and the community, promoting zero tolerance for violence, gender equality, and respect, resulting in more safe workplaces, empowered employees, and improved social behavior.
