The aim of the Project is to equip mental healthcare professionals, innovative educational tools aimed to enhance their resilience the level of knowledge, skills and resources from the scope of Positive Psychology, the science of happiness, and its applications in Adult Education through Positive Coaching. The main modules of the training will cover crucial issues, such as decreasing risk factors, like anxiety, depression, burn-out, anger and cultivating protective factors, like positive emotions, calling, positive relationships, engagement, and satisfaction from work. Also, the Project will include one Module based on the basic principles of Adult Education that aims to enter mental healthcare professionals into the world of non-formal education.

The main aim of the Intellectual Output 1 is the identification of the specific resilience skills, resources, and competences that should be enhanced from the point of mental health professionals. The ultimate goal is to create a Network of Mental Health Professionals all around Europe that could determine their needs and requirement.
– IO2: The Mental-Health Care Methodological framework
IO2 aims to design the training contents for the development of the resilience skills for mental healthcare providers. Particularly, the contents produced will be uploaded on the Digital Learning Environment that will be produced during Intellectual Output 3.
– IO3: E-Positive Academy for Mental Health Professionals
This intellectual output digital platform aims to enhance the health professionals’ resilience by linking experiential learning scenarios and adult education methodologies with resilience building resources. This output will touch on the working conditions of mental health professionals, as well as, the topics of trauma, burn-out, and compassion fatigue that are common among mental health professionals.
-IO4: Positive Network for the Well-being of Mental Health Professionals
This output aims to gather the Mental-Healthcare Community, by creating a non-formal Network of representative organizations and professionals all around Europe. The concept of the Network will approach the well being of the healthcare professionals, and will be mainly focused on the creation of a “Positive community” of professionals aimed to be involved in training, dissemination activities and learn how they can create their own “Dream Project” by sharing ideas, and innovative solutions. The ultimate goal is to ensure how they can continue their Network even after the project’s completion.
