Project Description
Title: Advancing Impact Measurement Practices to Improve Capacities and Learning Pathways for Youth Organizations
Acronym: IMPACT4YOUTH
Project Number: 10124243
.
The Impact4Youth programme, coordinated by IASIS NGO and funded 100% by the European Union, aims to empower youth organizations so they can measure, understand, and improve their social impact. Its main objective is to enhance the quality of activities provided to young people, especially in areas facing increased social challenges, as well as to strengthen the capacity of organizations to generate meaningful and positive social change.
.
IASIS plays a central role by training organizations in the CONNECT methodology, an evidence-based approach that enhances effective youth work. The CONNECT methodology will serve as the foundation for developing an improved Youth Working Methodology, which will be used by partners and organizations.
.
At the same time, Impact4Youth will develop tools and training activities for assessing and monitoring social impact. Through capacity-building activities, trainings, and pilot implementations, youth organizations will be empowered to demonstrate the value of their work and significantly improve their interventions.
.
The long-term sustainability of the programme is ensured through strategic partnerships, institutional integration, and diversified funding sources, with the aim that the methodologies and tools developed will remain in use and continue to evolve.
