LADIES FIRST

The European Erasmus+ Project KA2 “LADIES FIRST!” (Empowering coaches and trainers to support women towards work life balance) with Project Number 2017-1-EL01-KA202-036219, in which cooperate organizations from Greece, Cyprus, France, Portugal, Bulgaria and Italy, aims to strengthen professional counsellors (vocational education and training instructors, mental health professionals, etc.) who work with women. This program promotes innovation and the exchange of good practices, regarding the  importance of acquiring the balance between the women’s professional and personal life.
